Yes. Send a dimensioned drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP), a photo of the old blade, or the physical sample itself. We reproduce the tooth profile, mounting holes, notches and thickness exactly to your specification.

Which tooth profile is right for my material?

It depends on the web material, thickness and cut quality you need. Standard serrated suits kraft paper and laminated pouches; fine/micro tooth gives clean cuts on thin films and foils; zigzag works for tear notches; wave profiles protect the seal area. Send us the application and our engineers will recommend a profile free of charge.

What materials can I choose from?

SKD11/D2 tool steel for heavy duty cutting, M2 high speed steel for high wear applications, 420J2/440C stainless steel for food and hygiene sensitive environments, and tungsten carbide for abrasive materials and the longest service life.

Can you reproduce our mounting holes, U-notches or tabs?

What is the usual lead time?

Standard configurations are typically produced in 7–15 working days. Fully custom profiles are confirmed individually at order stage, depending on complexity and current production schedule.
